RESIDENTIAL HOME INSPECTIONS
In Georgia, anyone can call themselves a Home Inspector. As a member of InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors) we are required to become Certified Professional Home Inspectors. Certification involves several hours of training and examinations. Several Home Inspections must be completed and reviewed by the InterNACHI board. Once certification is achieved, continuing education is a must in order to remain certified.

I am an InterNACHI Certified Professional Home Inspector serving the Northeast Georgia area. For most of my professional career, I performed service and inspections on large industrial control systems throughout the U.S. After settling down in the beautiful Georgia mountains, I began a career in the Residential Home Inspection business.
